This fee covers SupportUKtoday’s event planning and coordination service, delivered in line with the theme, requirements and overall budget you provide.

💷 YOUR EVENT BUDGET

The £200 service fee is separate from your event budget.

Your event budget is the amount available for the actual delivery of your event and may include costs such as:

  • Venue
  • Catering and refreshments
  • Printing and promotional materials
  • Advertising
  • Equipment and suppliers
  • Entertainment or activities
  • Other event-related requirements

This is why we ask you to provide your full event budget before planning begins.

Understanding your available budget from the outset allows us to plan responsibly, realistically and in a way that makes the best use of the resources available.

The clearer your requirements and budget, the more effectively we can plan your event.

💙 CHARITY DONATIONS REMAIN SEPARATE

Any charitable donations raised through your event are separate from both the £200 service fee and your event budget.

SupportUKtoday does not collect, hold, process or distribute charitable donations on your behalf.

Charitable donations remain the responsibility of you and/or your chosen charity and should be directed through the appropriate arrangements.

We ask for your budget upfront so that we can plan your event realistically, responsibly and within the event budget you have provided.
